Ashford Church Services

We’d love to welcome you to one of our Sunday services at Holy Trinity, Ashford. Varying in style and types of worship, they each look to further explore and understand the love of God and what that means to our lives.

Sunday 24th May. 9.30 am: Pentecost (Whit Sunday). Sung Eucharist with St Michael & All Angels’ Church, Sheldon, led by Revd Brenda Jackson.

Sunday 31st May: Trinity Sunday. 

9.30 am: Patronal & Benefice Eucharist, led by Revd Carl Edwards. 

3.00 pm: Well Blessing Service and Sermon at the Old Preaching Cross, led by Very Revd Dr Peter Robinson, Dean of Derby.

3.30 pm: Village Parade with Youlgreave Silver Band to bless the six wells.

Sunday 7th June: 1st Sunday after Trinity.

9.30 am: Morning Worship, led by Jan Gibson.

5.30 pm: Flower Festival Service of Thanksgiving, led by Canon Ann Ashcroft.

Sunday 14th June. 10.30 am: 2nd Sunday after Trinity. Joint Sung Eucharist at St Giles’ Church, Great Longstone, led by Revd Carl Edwards. (No Service at Ashford).

Sunday 21st June. 9.30 am: 3rd Sunday after Trinity. Sung Eucharist, led by Revd Brenda Jackson.

Sunday 28th June. 9.30 am: 4th Sunday after Trinity. Sung Eucharist with St Michael & All Angels’ Church, Sheldon, led by Revd Nigel Johnson.
